I can't access PowerSchool.  What do I do?  If you do not know your username or password, please contact Debra Cumpstone, the counseling department secretary, at extension 1001.



Where do I find instructions for Google, PowerSchool, or other online platforms? Visit the district's Parents/Guardians page for these and other resources. www.rsd17.org/parents



What if I need a scholarship for a field trip?  Scholarship funds are available for students who demonstrate need.  Please contact your child's school counselor if you would like to make a request.



What if I have concerns about my child's academic progress?  Please first contact your child's teacher.  If the issue is not resolved, you should contact your child's school counselor.



How do I request my child's transcripts?  Contact Debra Cumpstone, the counseling department secretary, at extension 1001.



What is the process for withdrawing a student?  Contact Debra Cumpstone, our guidance secretary, to inform her of the withdrawal and submit to her the Release of Student Records Form.
